Remote Feature Management
|
Remote Feature Management gives you the ability to manage your digital phone calling features when you're on the road or don't have access to the online account center.
You can easily update the settings for the following phone features from any touch-tone phone:
- Call Blocking
- Call Forwarding
- Call Return
- Caller ID
- Customer Service (611)
- Do Not Disturb
- Language Selection
- Redial
- Speed Dial
- VoiceMail

How does Remote Feature Management work?
To use Remote Feature Management by dialing your digital phone number:
- Pick up the handset and dial your digital phone number. Allow the phone to ring until the greeting is played.
- During the greeting, press the "*" key.
- Enter your digital phone PIN when prompted.
- Press "3" when you hear the Main Menu prompt.
- When prompted, enter the digital phone service code for the feature you would like to manage.
To use Remote Feature Management by dialing a Remote Feature Management access number:
- Pick up your handset and dial the digital phone access number (see a complete list of access numbers on VoiceMail feature page).
- Enter your digital phone number and your digital phone PIN when prompted.
- Press "3" when you hear the Main Menu prompt.
- When prompted, enter the digital phone service code for the feature you would like to manage.

Usage Notes:
- The same access numbers are used for Remote Feature Management and accessing VoiceMail.
- While using Remote Feature Management, you can press "9" at any time to return to the Main Menu.
